Nars climax mascara review

As you may know Nars is one of my favourite brands, I’ve used and currently use many of their products so when I found out about the launch of their climax mascara, I was excited to try it, Nars are naturals at naughty product names such as deep throat, orgasm, strip tease but calling their biggest new launch climax was a pretty bold move. The climax mascara actually launched back in August 2018 but I’ve only recently got round to buying it although that doesn’t mean it’s not still getting talked about, is it worth the hype though? Does climax do to your lashes what orgasm does to your cheeks?

Let’s start with the brush, it’s very thick and fluffy with ribbed bristles, not too big or too small and combs through the lashes nicely, lifting them up and reaching every single one, I would describe the formula as colour rich, lightweight, buildable, creamy and clump free, if stand out lashes are your thing then this is the mascara for you, after 3 coats my lashes were long, thick and defined, it also lasts all day without flaking or smudging with the ability to hold a curl, although it’s not water proof, it’s water resistant, I currently have a cold and my eyes are constantly watering and I haven’t seen a mascara stain yet so you should be able to cry in it. I would say this is by far one of the best mascaras I’ve tried and I will definitely be repurchasing it again, I’d definitely say it lives up to its name.
